Dispatch time: Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days unless otherwise advised.
Delivery time (UK Orders): Shipping within the UK is estimated to take between 3-5 working days
Delivery time (International Orders): Lune Valley Pods do not currently accept orders shipping outside of the UK.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Buyer pays return postage. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for loss by courier, so we advise customers to return using insured services deemed necessary.
Refunds Policy
- Refunds are made in the same format as payment – usually this will be a refund to the payment card.
- Refunds are only issued once the item is returned and deemed in satisfactory condition.
